What you'll do The Registered Nurse Supervisor provides supervision to all clinical staff as well as staff from other departments working during specified shift; Assist the Director of Nursing in directing and supervising Nursing Services concerned with resident care; Staffing coordinator of his/her shift; Evaluate and direct nursing care of resident and must be constantly available to the nurses in charge of the various units and know of changes in condition of resident and the indicated action.
