This position provides professional nursing care to patients presenting with a wide range of urgent and emergent conditions while collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, high-quality patient care in a supportive community hospital environment. Position Summary The Emergency Department RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care for individuals experiencing acute and emergency medical conditions. The RN works in a fast-paced environment requiring strong clinical judgment, prioritization skills, and the ability to respond quickly to changing patient needs.
