The Gardens at York Terrace is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing facility in Pottsville, PA. As an LPN, you will provide essential nursing care to our residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or medical supervisor, ensuring the highest level of care and comfort.

Rates: $26.75-$28.75 PLUS Shift Diff's (3-11 $1.25 11p-7 $1.00)

Available Shifts:

  • Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) – Part-Time

  • Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) – Full-Time & Part-Time

  • Night Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) – Full-Time & Part-Time

  • PRN Opportunities Available

Responsibilities:

  • Administer nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or medical supervisor.

  • Provide direct medical care, including changing bandages, administering prescribed medications, and collecting specimens.

  • Monitor and document residents’ conditions, reporting changes promptly.

  • Ensure that care is provided in accordance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations.

  • Foster a supportive, respectful, and professional environment for residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.

  • Strong clinical and communication skills.

  • Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident-centered care.
