Starting Job Rate $26.81/hour; after probation $29.79/hour.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Certification/Licensure:

Current State of Hawaii LPN licensure.
Current BLS certification
Annual completion of CPR and competencies requirements.
Successful completion of the medication test within 3 weeks of the start of orientation.

Education:

Completion of a program for licensed practical nursing, or its equivalent.

Skills/Experience:

Must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
Familiarity with standard hospital procedures.
Ability to safely and effectively manage patients’ mobility.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Skills/Experience:

One (1) year acute, rehab and/or home health care experience as a LPN.
