Caregiver Responsibilities May Include:

  • Providing companionship and a safefriendly environment for clients

  • Assisting with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing

  • Supporting clients with transfers and repositioning

  • Offering medication reminders and monitoring vital signs

  • Meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, and transportation to appointments

Caregiver Requirements:

  • 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED

  • Reliable, compassionate, and ready to make a difference

  • A valid driver’s license and insured vehicle

  • Prior caregiver experience (6 months-1 year)

  • Willing to work at least 12 hours a week

  • Able to pass a background check and drug screen

  • Able to lift 50 pounds and use GPS, texts, and smartphone apps

At Family Resource Home Care, we provide assistive and personal care services to our clients in their homes, supported by our award-winning team of caregivers. As the Branch Manager, you will: Supervise and Develop Staff: Train and support branch administrative staff to ensure optimal performance. Act as Main Point of Contact: Manage all HQ communications, including billing and payroll audits.
