Education/Experience Requirements

Required:

A graduate of an accredited institution of professional nursing.
One year experience in a medical surgical or related setting.

Preferred:

An associates or Bachelors of Science in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
Experience in Home Care.

Licensure/Certification Requirements

Required:

Current New York State Licensure as a Registered Nurse.
Current and valid NY State Driver’s License in good standing

Preferred:

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification - must receive BLS certification within six (6) weeks of hire date.
