As a Five Star CNA, you will ensure our patients receive essential social and emotional support and provide vital information of patient condition to nurses.

Hourly pay rate: $22-$23.50

CNA/ Certified Nurse Aide Requirements:

Currently holds an active CNA certificate to work in New York.
Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
Ability to communicate effectively

Five Star CNAs are expected to carry out the following tasks:

• Provide basic patient care services regarding hygiene, grooming, feeding, and transporting in accordance with nursing supervision, the written Plan of Care, and the given facility standards.

• Effectively manage your caseload and complete timely and accurate clinical notes, including addressing patient progress.
