Registered Nurse (RN) Job Summary:

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care to residents, including assessments, treatments, and medications as ordered by physicians

  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each resident

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

  • Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident condition, identify changes, and develop strategies for improvement

  • Document patient care and progress accurately and thoroughly

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence

  • Demonstrate a commitment to excellence, compassion, and respect for residents, families, and colleagues

Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
