Position Summary

We are seeking compassionate LPNs to join our nursing team. You will provide direct care, administer medications, supervise CNAs, document treatments, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support individualized resident needs—all while enjoying some of the top pay rates for LPNs in the area.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver skilled nursing care and perform treatment procedures according to physician orders
Administer medications and provide/receive verbal and written shift reports
Supervise CNAs to ensure timely, accurate, and quality resident care
Document resident care accurately using the electronic medical record system
Provide physical, educational, and emotional support to residents and families
Identify changes in resident conditions and communicate promptly to nursing leadership

Qualifications

Current, valid NYS LPN License
Valid CPR certification
Experience in a nursing home or hospital preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
