We are a compassionate long-term care facility committed to providing exceptional care for our residents in a warm, supportive environment. We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team.

Position Summary:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you will provide personal care and support to residents during overnight hours, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity in accordance with individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
Monitor and document resident conditions and report any changes to nursing staff
Respond promptly to resident call lights and needs
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Support residents with bedtime routines and overnight comfort

Qualifications:

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Missouri
Previous experience in a long-term care or similar setting preferred
Compassionate, dependable, and able to work independently
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Must be able to pass background and health screenings
