Job Summary

Allure Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. As an RN, you will oversee resident care, supervise nursing staff, and ensure compliance with clinical standards. This role is vital in providing high-quality patient care and supporting residents’ health and well-being.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care and assessments for residents
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
Monitor resident progress and intervene as needed; report changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team
Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Participate in ongoing professional development and training

Requirements

Current RN licensure in the state of Illinois
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing dignified, compassionate, and resident-centered care
