**$2000 Sign on Bonus Paid out - 1/2 at 90 days and 1/2 at 6 months **

Pay & Shift Differentials

Base Pay: $17.45/hour
Evening Shift: $18.95/hour (includes $1.50 differential)
Overnight Shift: $19.95/hour (includes $2.50 differential)

2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Requirements

CNA / NA or PCA certification (required)
High school diploma or equivalent
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide compassionate, person-centered care
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Support wellness programs and maintain safety standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service
