Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
Ensure the safety and well-being of clients in their home environment.
Assist with mobility and transfers, as needed.
Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and Synergy HomeCare staff.

Qualifications:

Compassionate, patient and positive demeanor.
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to schedules and care plans.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required – we offer training for the right candidates.
