The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities. Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Perform assessments of patients and document findings in medical records.
  • Assist with patient activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Monitor vital signs and report changes to the appropriate medical personnel.
  • Provide education to patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans.
