Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide help with household tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and laundry
Support client safety and comfort, including safe use of mobility and medical equipment
Accurately document all services provided daily per agency policy
Report any changes in client condition or incidents promptly to the RN Supervisor
Maintain professionalism, reliability, and client confidentiality
Promote a positive, caring, and respectful environment for clients and families

Qualifications:

New York State Certified PCA or HHA, or willingness to complete free training
Caring, patient, and dependable attitude
Ability to follow care plans and work independently
Must meet health and background check requirements
