The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated LPN/RN Charge Nurse

What You Will Do

  • Deliver medications and treatments along with supervision of Medication Aids where applicable

  • Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.

  • Support activities of daily living

  • Maintain clear, timely documentation

  • Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families

  • Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates.

  • Other duties as assigned

What You Must Have

  • Active LPN/RN license in good standing in the state of practice.

  • Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.

Review immunization records and unit Standard Operating Procedures to select required immunizations, correct dosages, and routes of administration. Administer oral, intradermal, subcutaneous, intramuscular immunizations to all age groups via established protocols. Educate patients and/or family regarding self-care procedures and documents teaching. Instruct patients and/or family regarding normal verses adverse reactions to immunizations and treatment for normal reactions of discomfort. Review laboratory results and bring abnormal results to attention of physician. Document patients' chief complaints and other pertinent information in the health record.
