Join our dynamic healthcare team serving communities across central and northern New Mexico. We're seeking experienced Travel RNs to support high-acuity patient care with flexible scheduling and consistent contract opportunities.


Position Details-

Schedule: Minimum of (3) 12-hour shifts per week


Contract Length: 6 weeks at a time

Pay: $65/hour + mileage reimbursement

Assignments provided 6 weeks in advance

Option to extend contract every 6 weeks (based on ongoing need)


Transition Opportunity:

If travel nursing demand ends, you may transition into a standard 1099 nurse role, with the ability to:

Pick up high-acuity shifts

OR take on a lower-acuity caseload

(Note: Pay rate may change upon travel contract termination.)


Requirements:

Active RN license

Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience preferred

Reliable transportation for regional travel

Flexibility and adaptability to different clinical settings

Requirements:
  • Execute physician prescribed plans of care.
  • Complete compliant documentation of the care provided in the system of record.
  • Manage and administer prescribed medication, treatment, and therapies.
  • Conduct patient assessments, coordination of care.
  • Perform various activities associated with daily living.
  • Monitor vitals and GI intake and output.
  • Assess skin integrity and administer wound care.
  • Monitor for changes in the patient’s condition such as weight loss/gain, self-care abilities, and indicators of disease progression.
  • Communicate with family members, physicians, case managers, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health of the patients.
  • Provide education and training to the patient, their family, and/or the Home Health Aide.
  • Work with patients to be done one-on-one in the patients home to provide for a comfortable environment.
  • Collaborate with and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and Personal Care Attendants.
  • Perform other personal care services as necessary to meet the patient’s needs.

RN Hourly Rate: $65 an hour + mileage.
LPN Hourly Rate: $40 an hour + mileage.
