We are seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our primary care team. In this role, you will support providers and patients by performing clinical tasks, helping maintain smooth clinic operations, and contributing to a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients for exams and procedures, including taking vitals and recording medical histories.

  • Assist providers with examinations, treatments, and minor procedures.

  • Administer injections, immunizations, or medications per clinic protocol and state regulations.

  • Accurately document patient information in electronic health records.

  • Coordinate patient scheduling, referrals, and follow-up care.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.

Qualifications:

  • Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification.

  • Experience in a primary care setting preferred but not required.

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.  Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.

PRN positions (also referred to as Casual, As Needed, or Per Diem) at Logan Health offer flexibility and are designed to provide coverage during busy periods, employee absences, and vacations, making them an excellent opportunity to support the team as needed. PRN employees can participate in a matching 401(k) plan and have access to the Employee Assistance Program.
