What You’ll Do
  • Deliver exceptional, age-appropriate care to critically ill patients
  • Monitor complex conditions and respond swiftly to changes

  • Educate and support patients and families through difficult transitions
  • Document care plans, interventions, and patient progress accurately
  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement and safety initiatives

What You’ll Bring
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required)
  • License: Active RN license in Massachusetts (required)
  • Certifications:
    • BLS (required)
    • ACLS (required within 90 days for experienced RNs, 6 months for new grads)
    • CCRN preferred
  • Experience:
    • Previous CCU/ICU or step-down experience highly preferred
    • Medical-surgical background considered with strong interest in critical care
  • Skills: Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and adaptability

On-call is required . The average amount of on-call is 4-5 shifts per month. Weekday hours will be either 5:30 pm-11 pm or 11pm-6 am and weekend and holidays are 7am-7 pm or 7 pm-7 am. You are paid an hourly on-call rate, and if called in, you will be paid time and a half. Education/Experience: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing BSN preferred Previous Endoscopy, ED, Surgical &/or ICU/CCU experience preferred Previous IV insertion experience preferred.
