Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager Requirements

RN license in the state you work
Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
Current driver’s license
Current CPR and BCLS certification

Ensure that each portion of the assessment is signed and dated by the person completing that portion of the MDS. Job Requirements Registered Nurse with a current License in the state of PA. Must have, as a minimum, six (6) months training experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices. Must have experience as an RNAC MDS Coordinator. Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug test.
