ABOUT THIS HOUSEKEEPING ROLE

When you join our hospitality team as a Houseman, your time is dedicated to meticulous cleaning and organizing the lobby, den, and office nooks. Daily, you ensure floors gleam without a speck of dust. Prioritizing guest safety, you sanitize the elevator multiple times. Additionally, you shampoo carpets and furniture as needed.

Your other housekeeping responsibilities extend to maintaining pristine public restrooms and stocking pool towels throughout the day. With integrity, you oversee facility attendants and manage items for the "Lost and Found." Coordination with the executive housekeeper ensures seamless operations, as you dutifully submit the daily checklist to your supervisor. This hospitality role helps to shape exceptional guest experiences through your commitment to excellence.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A HOUSEMAN

Our hotel is searching for someone who can work a full-time schedule. You might be perfect for this housekeeping position if you can also meet the following qualifications:

  • Valid documentation verifying authorization to work in the United States, in compliance with federal regulations, along with proof of identity
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated capability for frequent walking and standing
  • Comfortable proficiency in bending, stooping, sitting, standing, and reaching
  • Ability to employ proper body mechanics and lifting techniques, occasionally lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds or more
  • Experience in a similar role (preferred)
