The Role

As a key provider, you are the face of patient-centered care, managing the full spectrum of urgent care medicine:

  • Acute Care: Diagnose and treat a diverse range of illnesses and injuries.
  • Procedures: Utilize hands-on skills in suturing, splinting, I&Ds, and wound care.
  • Diagnostics: Order and interpret labs and X-rays on-site for immediate results.
  • Modern Workflow: Collaborate with a tech-enabled, high-performing team to ensure clinical excellence.
Qualifications

  • Licensure: Active California NP or PA license & Board Certification (NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in Urgent Care, ER, or Family Medicine.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable adopting new technologies and AI-assisted clinical tools.
  • Certification: Current BLS.
