We are seeking an experienced Home Health RN ready to step into a Clinical Supervisor role. This position is ideal for a nurse who leads with clarity, accountability, and confidence while supporting a team that values quality over quotas.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure safe, compliant, high-quality patient care

  • Provide mentorship and support to field clinicians

  • Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance

  • Support case management and clinical decision-making

  • Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Provide direct patient care as needed and participate in on-call rotation

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active RN license in Missouri, in good standing

  • Minimum of one year of home health case management experience required

  • OASIS experience required

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills

  • Comfort with EMR systems and willingness to travel locally

Salary Range: $72,000 to $75,000 annually, based on experience
