Coordinates the patients care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patients' rights and confidentiality of patient information. Float Pool RNs rotate across the following units:

Emergency Department
ICU
Cardiac Telemetry
Medical-Surgical - (Adults)
Medical-Surgical - (Adults & Peds)

📝 Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program
Licensure: Active RN license in Missouri or compact license (must meet state board requirements)
Experience: 1+ year RN experience preferred
Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required within 30 days of hire
- Depending on assignment, may also require:
  - ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
  - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
Physical Requirements:
- Able to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting throughout shifts
