Responsibilities- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to seniors during weekend hours.
- Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, hygiene, and incontinence care as needed.
- Remind clients to take medications on schedule.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities for transportation support.
- Observe and report any changes in clients’ condition or behavior to the care coordinator.
- Provide alzheimer and dementia support tailored to individual client needs to enhance comfort and safety.
- Ensure client safety and comfort throughout the duration of care shifts.
- 1 year prior experience in caregiving, home health care, or a related field.
- Ability to provide personal care including assistance with bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
- Reliable availability to work weekend shifts consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach.
- Ability to perform light housekeeping and meal preparation tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client errands and appointments.
- Physical ability to assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
- High level of responsibility, punctuality, and a commitment to client dignity and safety.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and comply with all company policies and training requirements.
- Earn a competitive hourly rate of up to $20
