Ambulates/Transfers patients using proper body mechanics and patient safety techniques. Assists nurse in treatment procedures as needed. Documents accurately and timely in the patient medical record. Actively participates in quality improvement programs. Adheres to Confluence Health and Central Washington Hospital/Wenatchee Valley Hospital policies and unit standards as applicable. Required to maintain active Basic Life Support (CPR) certification. Other duties as assigned.
