ECU Health About The East Carolina Heart Institute at ECU Health Medical Center East Carolina Heart Institute at ECU Health Medical Center is the region’s preferred facility for cardiovascular care. The six-story tower houses clinical space, diagnostic services and cardiovascular operating rooms, including a hybrid operating room.
