Patients often present with suicidal ideation, aggression, or severe mood dysregulation requiring immediate stabilization in a safe, structured setting. We specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), using a skills-based approach to help patients build emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.
