This also includes a $4.00/hr evening differential and a $3.25/hr shift differential for weekends. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is an Hourly position. *Note: This is not a remote-working position. The nurse would be required to work on-site and be expected to travel to and from patient's homes. Overview POSITION SUMMARY: The Digital Acute Care Registered Nurse is a member of a collaborative team responsible for providing virtual and in-person nursing care to a diverse population of adult patients/clients across the Ministry through a combination of telehealth technology in the centralized command center and hands-on care in the patient's home environment. Provides proactive monitoring, prevention, early intervention, and ongoing care with the goal to optimize quality of life for the patient at home through access to professional acute, inpatient healthcare services. Utilizes evidenced-based care and clinical decision support to guide practice. Performs ongoing communication and works to promote quality of care through collaboration with all service team members, patients, and families. Acts as a patient advocate and resource to other health care providers and community-based resources. The RN demonstrates service excellence and accountability through recognizing the direct relationship between cost-effective and efficient provision of care and services including the impact of access to care. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Associates in Nursing Licenses/Certifications: RN-Registered Nurse (IL) Other Licenses/Certifications: American Heart Association BLS; Valid current state driver's license Experience: 1 year of recent RN experience in adult acute care population; 2 years of experience in a role which required effectively communicating and collaborating with health care professionals Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. ICC CNA Education Stipend Summer 2026 Semester

This is an Hourly position. Overview OPEN TO ICC CNA STUDENTS ENROLLED FOR THE SUMMER 2026 SEMESTER ONLY The Education Stipend will be issued as a one-time payment of $1,700 and will be considered taxable income. This is an education stipend opportunity. To be eligible for the education stipend, recipients must be of legal age to sign a contract, which is at least 18 years old. Upon completion of the ICC CNA program, education stipend recipients will enter a Patient Care Technician, or other role requiring a CNA certification at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center. POSITION SUMMARY: The Patient Care Technician/Certified Nursing Assistant (PCT/CNA) provides appropriate safe basic care to patients which includes taking vital signs, assisting patients with activities of daily living, specimen collection, and observation of patients for physical/emotional changes. Other duties include recording pertinent information in patient charts, communicating with other Patient Care Team members to ensure continuity of care, and may function in a role providing constant supervision to patients as needed. Duties may vary according to department expectations and needs. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: To qualify for this education stipend, recipients must be enrolled in the Summer 2026 semester of the ICC CNA program. Recipients will have a 2 year work commitment to OSF Saint Francis Medical Center working as a Patient Care Technician.
