Responsibilities Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) Opportunity at Newer Hospital! Recenelty opened in early 2022, Granite Hills Hospital is the new provider for behavioral health services to the greater Milwaukee region. The new hospital features: 120 beds in a state-of-the-art building spanning 83,000 square-feet; five distinct 24-bed units, including three 24-bed adult units, a dedicated adolescent unit and a specialized older adult unit; programming to serve adolescents, adults and older adults; and intensive day programs and outpatient care. The CNO participates in the hospital’s strategic planning and contributes to the achievement of institutional goals and objectives. Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a CCNE accredited nursing program; Master of Science in Nursing is strongly preferred. Demonstrated working knowledge of behavioral health nursing clinical practices and management. Extensive knowledge of principles and practices relevant to nursing and patient care activities. Demonstrated knowledge of effective management and supervisory practices. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
