Position Details Ø Assist Hospitalists with inpatient evaluations, H&P’s & follow-up visits. Ø Initiate appropriate treatment & testing for medical illnesses. Ø Complete history and physical examinations on all new admissions Ø Round on rehabilitation patients including long term acute care patients Ø Document using EMR system. Ø Participate in continuous quality improvement processes.
