This role collaborates with clinical and non-clinical teams to collect, analyze, and report data; identify areas for improvement; and implement evidence-based practices to enhance outcomes, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Qualifications Job Requirements: Associate degree in Nursing Current RN license in Texas 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and EMR systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and collaboratively. Preferred Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or equivalent.
