Job Summary and Responsibilities RN Per Diem I, a health care team within the guidelines of hospital policy and procedures. The Clinical Nurse I identify and correct nursing service problems and maintain patient care in accordance with hospital policy and regulatory agencies while effectively utilizing the chain of command.
