Minimum of one-year related work experience in a healthcare setting Experience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record Ability to take vital signs, perform phlebotomy blood draws and perform Point of Care Testing Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol is required. Preferred Qualifications Phlebotomy Certificate or phlebotomy experience preferred. If not experienced, must successfully complete internal phlebotomy training. Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Emergency Room. Licensure/Certifications Full, active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse in a State, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia. Education Graduate of a school of Practical or Vocational Nursing, or Registered Nursing, approved by the State Agency and/or accredited by the National League for Nursing (Accrediting Commission (NLNAC)) at the time the program was completed by the applicant. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $24.64 - $53.53 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
