Health care clinics are scheduled in locations where farmworkers are working and living, during the hours when workers are available for services. Organizes data concerning patient’s family, medical history, and onset of symptoms obtained from clients, relatives, and other sources. Orders laboratory and other special diagnostic tests and evaluates data obtained. Administers psychotropic medications and therapeutic agents, necessary to implement a treatment, disease prevention, or rehabilitation regimen ordered by and within the scope of licensure. Participates in periodic clinic staff conferences to present case histories; confer with internal external members of therapy team to develop comprehensive evaluations or plan pertinent therapy programs to provide maximum benefits for each patient.
