All RNs with nursing jobs at Sutter Health are eligible for the Transition in Practice (TIP) program that enables RNs to work in the Emergency Department, Operating Room, Critical Care, or Labor and Delivery units. Sutter Health jobs include a nurse residency program that supports nurses with less than one year of acute care experience who want to transition to RNs. Other programs at Sutter include leadership development, educators’ career support, and integrative healing nursing.
