Minimum requirements are one (1) year of psychiatric nursing experience, or two (2) years of medical/surgical experience with proven leadership, strong clinical skills, and high motivation. Graduate of NLN accredited program preferred. ANA Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing certification preferred. CPR certification required.
