Assist and/or direct Managed Care case management duties. Review the state validation reports and ensure that the appropriate follow-up action is taken, if needed. Communicate with and provide education to all nurses and CNAs to expand their knowledge of the RAI process and how their duties can impact the process. Communicate with Business Office regarding unfinished assessments, defaults, and other billing concerns. Understand, comply with, and promote all rules and regulations regarding Residents’ Rights; promote positive relationships with Residents, visitors, and regulators, to include presenting a professional appearance. Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times.
