Involvement in telephone management of patient and family calls including detailed assessment and triage of emergent/urgent situations as needed. Expertly document all phases of nursing care in both electronic and written format. Includes functional supervision of assistive personnel and other responsibilities as requested. He / She communicates with physician about changes in the patient's clinical condition including cardiac monitoring, results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Current and valid state RN License.2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.3. Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current preferred.4. Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.5. Ventilator Management experience preferred.6. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
