Maintain documentation of all services provided Record and report changes in the client’s physical condition, behavior, or appearance to our office staff Communicate regularly and proactively with our office staff Participate in relevant in-service opportunities and other informational meeting when possible Clock in and out using our care management system Benefits: $16 per hour Flexible schedule Earn extra income Lasting relationships
