Responsibilities Patient Assessments. Performs comprehensive assessments, utilizing focused medical and psychosocial history and physical examination. Under the scope of an advanced practice clinician and approve privileges within Beebe Healthcare, the individual is expected to perform comprehensive patient assessments, follow-up care, diagnosis, side effect and infusion reaction management, survivorship care services, and patient education/counseling in collaboration with the medical oncology physicians. Responsibilities Performs comprehensive assessments for new and established oncology and hematology patients. Administration of intrathecal chemotherapy in collaboration with interventional radiology. Provide after-hours call coverage as part of a rotating schedule to include phone triage, clinical decision-making, and urgent inpatient/outpatient concerns in conjunction with on-call oncologist.
