Job Summary: Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing care to patients within the Department of Medicine. The registered nurse monitors patient, procedure assistant, preceptor and triage nurse. Job Summary: The Emergency Department RN Clinical Case Manager will facilitate transitional care for an assigned number of cases by managing, coordinating, facilitating, and monitoring resources to achieve optimal clinical outcomes, utilization of services, and financial goals. The available schedule for this role will be Monday - Friday's, 8:00am - 8:00pm. The RN can choose their days and hours with preference for those available to work 4:00pm - 7:30pm . The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide comprehensive treatment to those affected by substance use, mental health, and other behavioral health disorders.
