Job Description Summary: At OhioHealth, we help registered nurses new to the operating room setting transition to intraoperative care by building the knowledge, skills, professional presence, and experience needed to be an OhioHealth nurse. Our residents will experience the benefit of centralized recruitment during the application, interview and hiring process. Beginning upon hire, OhioHealth’s Nurse Residency Program is customized to meet the needs of the transitioning nurse by incorporating central and track specific learning experiences.
