Oversee Care team’s administration of medication and/or treatment to residents in accordance with physician orders. Supervise Care team, evaluating skill and performance. Provide coaching and training on an on-going basis to ensure team members are providing an elevated care experience for residents, in accordance with State, Federal and Artis guidelines. Actively participate in departmental team member recruiting and retention. Operate and maintain the Care department while adhering to budgetary guidelines. Participate in the management of community adherence to legal, safety, health, fire and sanitation codes. Have a thorough understanding of all emergency plans. Performs other duties as required. Education Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory or management role. Must possess current RN designation as granted by the state of New York.
