Review and evaluate monthly expense variances, identifying significant discrepancies, and collaborating with appropriate team members to identify opportunities for improvement Data Analysis and Reporting Develop and maintain internal reports and dashboards ensuring all financial activities are tracked, monitored, and analyzed. Prepare reports for leadership on cost savings, compliance, and outcomes. Monitor and report on savings achieved through product standardization and utilization improvements Special Projects Lead and coordinate special projects related to product utilization within the departments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Troubleshoot potential expense issues, recommending improvements to the budgeting processes as necessary. Collaboration & Communication Maintain effective working relationships within the organization. Develop and evaluate services to ensure continuous quality improvement and compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Regularly update the SVP on areas of concern that may impact the financial planning and budgeting process. Work closely with finance and clinical departments to facilitate full data exchange and accurate reporting Basic Knowledge BSN and RI license Expertise and proficiency with data collection tools. Demonstrated strong financial, analytical, and resource management skills. Experience Requires a familiarity with service line administration, preferably in an academic medical center, multi-hospital, and/or outpatient practice setting Experience in supply chain, procurement, or value analysis preferred Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in OR or procedural areas.
