Responsibilities PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES May perform the duties and responsibilities of the Staff Registered Nurse for a specific patient population. Makes daily staff work assignments based on patient acuity and clinical competence of staff. May recommend staffing requirements for the next shift.
