Hours of Job Full Time - 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Every 3rd Weekend and Holiday Rotation Required New hires will train with extended orientation tailored to the applicant Duties and Key Responsibilities Responsible for delivery of patient care through the Nursing Process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Directs and guides patient teaching and activities of Nursing Ancillary Personnel. Assumes a lead role in patient teaching. Places the patient at the center of care practices. Collaborates and interacts positively with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality care and achieve desired outcomes. May be required to work other patient care units or shifts according to distribution of staff, patients, and/or patient acuity. Requirements Ability to work every 3rd weekend and holiday rotations. Must be willing to cross-train and float to Med Surg and ED settings. Education/Certifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Licensed RN. BSN preferred. Experience Previous experience preferred in critical care setting.
