Required to have and maintain the credentials required per their specialty area (ex: ACLS, TNCC, etc). Key Responsibilities: Recruit, retain, and develop staff to meet operational needs. Supervise staff providing direct client care and ensure delivery aligns with standards and physician orders. Manage onboarding, orientation, and continuing education for employees. Conduct performance evaluations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards. Participate in leadership functions and policy development. Oversee client care coordination and monitor records for accuracy.
