Minimum Requirements Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor Degree in Nursing is required Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina or temporary North Carolina licensure or meet requirements to hold RN licensure in a compact state is required. Minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical setting or related is required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills is required. Experience in managing complex cardiovascular or surgical specialty teams is preferred.
