The Clinical RN III (CP&A) will be responsible to plan, assess and implement nursing care based on sound nursing judgements based on patient needs. Provide professional nursing care for physician's office patients following established standards and practices. Work collaboratively with physicians and staff in delivery of patient care. This essential role ensures our residents receive proper medication management and support in their daily care routines. Key Responsibilities: Medication Administration: Accurately dispense and document medications according to physician orders and company protocols. Resident Care: Assist with daily living activities, ensuring the comfort and well-being of each resident. Compliance & Safety: Follow all state regulations and facility policies regarding medication management and resident care. Collaboration: Work closely with nurses and caregivers to monitor residents' health and report any concerns. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of medication administration and resident interactions.
